Outreach Ministries

“Go and make disciples,” Jesus commands us in Matthew 28:19.

At New Life Church of Hershey, we seek to serve others in our workplaces, our neighborhoods, the greater Hershey region and across the world.

Locally,

• We are a charter member of Love INC of Greater Hershey which helps connect the local church with people in need. Our church houses Love INC’s Personal Care Closet, which provides personal care items to families served by area food banks.
• We support the Hershey Food Bank and Community Outreach. We collect food for the food bank and once a month, a team from New Life serves at one of the Food Bank’s distributions.

Globally,

• In 2008, a team of New Life adults traveled to Esteli, Nicaragua, assisting with the building of a church.
• In 2010, a team traveled to Zambia, Africa, where they trained leaders, worship ministers, and teachers, while also offering practical service in the local communities.
• We support missionaries through Brethren in Christ World Missions, as well as our own Rachel and Lazarus Phiri who serve with Pioneers in Africa.
